Bedrooms

The gray bedroom is the larger of the two. It does not get as cold as the tan room. Due to the large window, this room is great for early risers! Please, for your safety, keep the lower window closed - it’s a long way down. If you wish to open the window you can pull the top panel downwards.

The tan room gets fairly cold and cozy. Also, due to the double curtains it stay darker. If you like to sleep late on your vacations, you should choose this room!

There is a fold out couch in the dining room. It is a full size bed with a get mattress that can sleep two comfortably. Simply lift up on the front and pull. Please try to keep it from hitting the wall.

Bathroom

BE CAREFUL! The entire bathroom is tile and, even though we have installed non-slip grips, it is still possible to slip and fall. Again, please be careful.

Please do not bring glass into the shower room. We have provided plastic glasses should you want to enjoy a glass of wine while soaking in the tub.

Trash

The dumpsters are located in the back left corner of the parking garage behind the gate. Please make sure you empty your trash upon checkout.

Televisions

All TVs are loaded with the YouTubeTV app. This is where you can find all of the local channels as well as “cable” shows. Feel free to sign in to your own other subscription accounts - just remember to sign out or you might end up with a strange watch history when you get back home!

Kitchen

This is an older building and the older breakers are not as stout as the ones that are made today. If you trip a breaker, simply walk to the end of the hall and open the panel on the left wall. Breakers 12, 32, and 34 are for this unit (601). Slide the tripped break to the “off” position and slide it back “on”. We can tell you from experience, if you have the burner, convection over, and television going at the same time, you will trip the breaker.

The kitchen is great for cooking for a small group, but you’re in Nashville! Go get some “hot chicken” or something with local flair! You didn’t come here to cook!

Swimming Pool

The world famous Webb Pierce guitar shaped swimming pool is located at the back right corner of the parking garage. The blue pool towels in the closet are property of Row Top rental. Please return them when you are finished to avoid a charge.

Glass is NOT allowed in the pool area but you may take food and drinks with you as long as they are in a breakable container. All posted pool rules must be followed, and only registered guests of Spence manor units may use the pool.
